Tenant Find

We offer a tenant find only service, which includes;

Landlord Requirements:

By law a landlord needs to follow the government regulations and have certain documents in place we can arrange these with both our Management and Tenant Find service. You will need an EICR, EPC and CP12, for all properties, in certain areas you may need further documentation but we will advise you on this.
